Decentralization

Whether it is public or private, every organized system we have is based on centralized control.  The problem this creates is that less people are actively participating in group decisions. This decreases the amount of energy that moves through the goup collective. People fragment into individual components when their opinions are not made a part of the group decision-making process.

The following video emulates the same concepts that allows the blockchain to proof itself. You can take any sized group and make group decisions by randomizing from the group. Decisions are proofed when the voting bloc becomes unanimous. The system also enables you to include selected groups into larger goup decisions. When you have multiple departments that need to access more information from other departments to make relevant decisions, you create systems that emulate the way your own body works. This has the power to completely change the way we do business together and eliminate the constant need to meet individually to make decisions whether you talking about a large corporation or community. 

The following link is to an agreement for any sized group.  It is set up into departments and everyone has equal incentive based on their qualifications for the position held.  All accountability is from each position’s peers.  This agreement could be for a trust or other legal entity.  All decisions are decentralized.  Every group that is effected by a decision will have an opportunity to be a part of that decision.  We are all accountable to our peers and building groups that are self-managing takes all the stress out of individual jobs that have been created in our old hierarchical models of business.
